Notre histoire
en un coup d’œil
1989
Fondation du Centre de recherche d'emploi Laval (CREL). L’organisme offre alors exclusivement le Club de recherche d’emploi.
1996
Le CREL est finaliste au prix Dunamis de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Laval dans la catégorie Organismes et services institutionnels.
2001-2002
Première entente avec Emploi-Québec pour l’accompagnement spécifique de personnes immigrantes.
2002
Le CREL devient un organisme reconnu par la Ville de Laval.
2003
Le CREL devient le 1er OBNL au Québec à recevoir le certificat de conformité aux principes de saine gestion de l'Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec.
2004
Le CREL devient un Organisme formateur agréé par la Commission des partenaires du marché du travail du Québec, en conformité avec la Loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d’œuvre d’Emploi-Québec.
2004-2005
Le CREL change de raison sociale pour Perspective Carrière
2008
Inauguration de nouveaux locaux et dévoilement d’une nouvelle image de marque.
2009
Récipiendaire du prix Leadership décerné par le Regroupement Québécois des organismes pour le développement de l’employabilité (RQuODE).
2009
Perspective Carrière célèbre ses 20 ans d’existence.
2011-2013
Après avoir suivi un programme spécialisé de plus de 100 heures, les conseillers en emploi deviennent des coachs de carrière.
2014
Finaliste au Dunamis de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Laval dans la catégorie Ressources humaines / Laurian Barré et des Mercuriades dans la catégorie Gestion proactive de la main-d’œuvre de la Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec. Perspective Carrière réussit le processus de certification du MIDI (ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’inclusion) visant à reconnaître les bonnes pratiques de gouvernance, de gestion et de planification organisationnelle en matière d’accueil et d’intégration des personnes réfugiées et immigrantes. Départ à la retraite de Danielle Lemire après 20 ans de service. Johanne Allaire, coach de carrière depuis 2010 pour l’organisme, est nommée directrice générale.
2015
Célébration du 25e anniversaire de Perspective Carrière. Perspective Carrière est récipiendaire de la médaille de l’Assemblée Nationale du Québec pour ses 25 ans d’implication dans le coaching de carrière et la gestion de la diversité culturelle sur le territoire lavallois.
2018
Perspective Carrière devient le partenaire principal d’Interconnexion Laval, un projet piloté par la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Laval et financé par le MIDI jusqu’en 2023.
2019
Perspective Carrière a 30 ans.
